Our timing systems have been designed with professionals in mind – they have many features that you simply won’t find in other competing timing systems, especially redundancy systems and data backup.  In addition, they use our open chip system – unlike our competitors, we do not lock you into any system or mandate the use of any particular coded chip (at a much higher price).
If you are entering digital timing at a basic level (for example, schools, sports clubs etc.) our timing system is perfect for you. Our system is designed for smaller events with fewer participants, yet maintains the quality and accuracy.
RACEME KEY FEATURES
- IMPORT START LIST
Upload an Excel or other CSV based start list to get going quickly. RaceMe will group by category and for each participant you may include a bib number, name & team information. Sample file and instructions are provided.
- CORRECT MISTAKES
RaceME includes several features to recover from timing errors that happen with manual timing. Accidental timings can be ‘undone’ or assigned later to another participant. Time stamps from a backup system can be manually added at any time.
- LIVE RESULTS
Results are published in real time so the crown can follow along. Results are optimized for live display at your venue and can easily be shared.
- TIME ANYWHERE
Your start, finish and split points can all be at different locations. RaceME is cloud based and centrally managed from the race managers dashboard. Timekeepers in the field can use any smartphone, table or laptop.
- TIME TRIAL, WAVES AND MASS START
RaceME is great for time trial races where participants start one after another. Or for races where a wave or ‘flight’ of participants starts at the same time. Mass start races are also supported.
- PUBLISH AND ARCHIVE
All timing registrations as well as final ranked results can be downloaded as PDF file for your archive or for further processing.
HOW OUR TIMING SERVICE WORKS
Once the logistics are agreed, we arrive and we set up our timing equipment and any extras you may have hired at least 3 hours before the first wave.
If you have booked our racepacks, we will set everything up and brief your registration marshals on how to use it efficiently, so the registration process goes smoothly.
We display the race results on LED TV for all participants to view their finish times as soon as we have uploaded them online (providing the area has good signals).
We brief all of our or your marshals on everything they may need to know on participants changes and or transfers. We also leave shoe samples at registration as illustrations for participants to put their race chips on correctly.
We will ensure the timing goes perfectly well to our infamously pristine standards throughout the length of your event.
We happily provide an excellent after service for you and your participants, answering enquiries they may have during and after the event. Participants can contact us from the results page should they have any enquires so you can fully relax after all your hard work.
