BARCODE TICKET GUIDE
Option 1 (Email)
1. Check your Barcode Ticket that sent to your email upon bookings.
2. Please also check your junk or spam mail (if nothing is received in your main email).
3. Email Confirmation and Ticket was from website@raceme.ae. You may search it by this email address to find it more easy.
4. If still nothing is received, please proceed to option 2!
Option 2 (RaceME Account)
1. Access your RaceME account through www.raceme.ae (created when you purchased your entry)
2. At the top right of screen click the little man upper body. Then select dashboard.
3. Find the Tickets tab now on left hand side of screen. Click this.
4. Find the Dubai Canal Run race barcode ticket and click download text next to it.
