Not all races are the same as the previous year and to avoid disappointment or disqualification please make sure you adhere to the rules of the event.
Race Briefing
The Race briefing is given on the morning of the event at the start of the event. This is the opportunity for the Race Director to communicate to you any changes that may have occurred through the event set up process.
Race Briefings prior to the event are generally applicable to multisport events. Should an event require technical communication to participants we aim to post the race briefing video on the Thursday before the event. This can be found on the Athlete Page which will be emailed to you on registration.
On the Athlete page you will have detailed info and updates about the event as well as the final registrations and lists where applicable. This also will tell you your bib number for any multisport event. Any running event you will receive your bib at the bag collection time.
