Meet the Coaches

Jürgen Zäch
Jürgen Zäck is a duathlon world champion (1992), finished second at the Ironman World Championships in 1997, won seven Ironman races (1989, 1994–1996, 1998–2001) and is listed as one of the top German triathletes of our time. Jürgen now owns and operates Z-Coaching in Phuket and trains athletes of all ages and abilities including professional triathletes.

Dimity Lee Duke
Dimity started racing triathlons in 2008. In 2008 she competed in her first Ironman finishing under 12 hours. It then took her 4 years to qualify for the Ironman World Championships. In 2012 she won her age group at Ironman Wales in the 25-29 age group category. In 2013 she raced the Ironman World Championships and finished 4th in her age group, 32nd overall against all females participating.

Ben Crookenden
Ben is relatively new to triathlon starting in 2016 where he secured a place at the world championships. He has returned each year since. After several wins at local races and performing at a high level as an age group winner in Ironman Ben has now concentrated his skill into coaching others to victory and success. Ben overseas the Middle East arm of Z Coaching alongside Jürgen and the rest of the team.
